Terms of Service (TOS)
For any commissions or sales I do, please read and follow these terms. Failure to do so will end up with a black listing.
Art TOS
•I expect full payment up front•I can do holds for up to a week•No refunds once a drawing is coloured•I will decide if a refund is necessary/acceptable•Please credit my art•Do not use my art for commercial use or for profit•Do not claim my art as your own•Don't remove any water mark I have•You may edit the art but I must still be given credit for the original work•The password is Butterfinger•art can take up to two months based on my schedule. If you don't like that turn around time then don't commission me•You may ask for updates at any time•I can edit the drawing as far as colouring. Once I begin shading (if it's a rendered piece) I will not edit the drawing unless it something major like a character inconsistency
Adopt TOS
•I can do a hold for no more than a week•Please credit me for the design•Any design changes are allowed as long as I'm given credit for the original work•Do not sell the character for more than what it was bought unless art was added•For adopts the code is Kitkat•Do not sell or trade a character within the first month of owning it•Do not claim the design as your own•If it is transfered through Toyhouse, do not delete or private the character
Physical Items TOS
•Payment is up front•Credit me at least once•No refunds•Major changes cannot be made once it's halfway through•You may ask for updates at any time•Shipping will be included in your total•I will provide a tracking number•I'm not responsible for damage during shipping•Do not use my items (costume pieces) in any sexual manner•If it is physical art then if the character is sold please ship the person the physical art
